Our Fresh Look Session produces a written opportunity map — a short, plain document showing where tools might help, where they would not, and what we think the honest effort level is. Clients keep it and can act on it with anyone, including us.
The "not now" option
Some consultants find it hard to recommend inaction. We find it quite easy. If a Fresh Look Session suggests that nothing is a clear win for your situation right now, we say so, and that is the end of it.
Everything documented so you can leave
After an integration, you receive written notes clear enough that any competent IT person could continue the work without us. We do not build setups that require our ongoing involvement.
Local, in-person available
We are based at Guoco Tower in Tanjong Pagar. For clients who prefer face-to-face sessions, we are a short walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT. We also work remotely — whichever suits you better.
